RSV

Henri has managed to hit a huge milestone. He received his SEVENTH and FINAL RSV shot today. He took it well and then slept for an hour afterward...suppose it wore him out. His shots kept him out of the doctors office as well as the hospital this RSV season and Josh and I are very thankful. A pic to get you through the day.

Ridiculous

So as you may have noticed, the eight month post is missing. Although I should say not from lack of effort. I had written the post on my blackberry back on the 15th and saved it. To my surprise when I logged in that evening to add the pictures to the post....it was NOT THERE...booooooo. So...things have been extremely hectic around here and the post has been missing. I should also say that since the last post.....Henri had a wonderful visit from his Aunt Andrea and her sister and brother-in-law. We all had a great time. We went to the Arch (Henri's first time since he was in the womb), we did the zoo....we went to the park...and the weather was gorgeous. On another not Henri has officially had his first cold....aaaaaaaaannnnndddd....he is not a fan. Henri is slowly but surly starting to outgrow his three month clothes and he and his daddy went shopping yesterday for some big boy six month clothes. I will close with some pictures and ask for a few prayers..... My dad's shoulder surgery went very well...but the healing process is going to be long and arduous...pray for him. Also, my grandpa has been in the hospital for almost a week now with CHF (congestive heart failure) and A-fib (and irregular heart beat that may require him being shocked out of it). Hope everyone is enjoying this amazing weather.

Baby's First Easter

Henri's first Easter has arrived! We have done a few photo shoots, but we wanted to add an excerpt from Henri's first Easter book, the real reason Easter is so important. Sometimes it's the simple childlike things that are most profound. "On that first Easter, Jesus' friends met and angel. He told them, "Jesus has risen! He is alive today!" His friends were very happy.

Henri's first bunny, and the best Easter basket Josh and I have ever had!

Feet....it's what's for dinner

Henri has officially found his feet! I mean really found his feet. He started to play with them a few weeks ago......and his newest trick in the past few days.....eating his toes! Not only does he want to get them in his mouth, he then starts to giggle at himself for doing it. Henri is becoming very animated and starting to babble A LOT! Hopeful for some more warm weather so that we can get outside for some more great photo ops, but for now, here are a few bathtime shots.

Yum....feeeetttt!

Seven months and a shout out or two

First.....Happy Seven Months to our beautiful boy! Can't believe he is already over a half a year old.

Second......Shout out to my brother who is officially old today...you should be so lucky as to share your birthday with my son.

Third.....to my best friend and pseudo sister Andrea....happy birthday pretty girl. So sorry I couldn't be there to razzzzzz you for being old as hell. Happy 30th pretty girl...miss you.

Henri is getting much harder to entertain for these shots! Note the carrot face!

Sooo big.

March Madness

In honor of one of the coolest times a year for sports, we have posted a few march madness photos of our big sport! Enjoy.

Henri loves loves loves his Daddy. When he gets home, Henri is all smiles and mommy is no longer entertaining.

Ooooo, baby feet are still the cutest when they are almost seven months old.

This is what a baby looks like the first time they roll onto their belly....and to think, all it took was a plastic bear that lights up and plays music.
